Cristy Johnson
Cristy brings warmth, energy, and a little competitive fire into every room she walks into. She has been married to her husband Ronald since 2015, and together they share a blended family she treasures deeply, including her son Blake. Her home is also full of personality with her two dogs, Boomy the YorkiePoo and Hazel the pit mix.
Her walk with Christ began around 2010 and has continued to grow through her love for Scripture, especially 1 Corinthians 13:13, which anchors her in faith, hope, and love. She attends Liberty Baptist and lives with a desire to be the hands and feet of Jesus in everyday life.
By day, she works as an account coordinator, but her true joy shows up in hospitality, serving others, and bringing people together. She loves tacos, woodworking, anything competitive, and a good fire burning in the background. Whether at home or out on an adventure, Cristy brings energy, warmth, and a heart ready to love people well.
Kyla Adams
Kyla is a bright and joyful spirit who brings sweetness into every space she steps into - whether through baking, laughter, or simply being present. She has been part of Liberty Baptist since 2023 and continues to grow in her faith, anchored in Psalm 46:10 as she learns to rest and trust in God.
She works as a baker and truly lives it out—finding joy in baking cookies, spending time with babies, and creating little moments that make people smile. At home, life includes her animals Moon, Ariel, and Nala, adding even more personality to her world.
Kyla loves music (especially Nick Jonas), making people smile, and a good day at the horse races. She’s known for her big heart, her love for fun, and her impressive shoe collection. With dreams of one day visiting Hawaii, she lives with a simple goal: to bring joy to others wherever she goes.
Marlene House
Marlene is a joyful, seasoned believer with a life full of faith, family, and a whole lot of furry companions. A proud mom, grandmother of 6, and great-grandmother of 8, she treasures every generation God has placed in her life and the legacy she’s helping build through them.
She has walked with the Lord for many years and joined Liberty in 2010, anchoring her life in Romans 8:28 - a reminder that God is always working all things for good. Her heart is expressed through worship, especially gospel songs, and a life dedicated to praising the Lord in every season.
Now retired, Marlene finds joy in singing, serving, and simple fun like games and time with loved ones. Known affectionately as the “dog whisperer,” she shares her home with her beloved pets TobyMac, Sophia Grace, Coco Chanel, Socks, and Boots. Her deepest desire is to grow daily as a faithful steward of the Lord—and to be alive when Jesus returns.
Helen Heard
Helen is a warm, people-centered soul with a heart for making others feel seen, valued, and loved. She finds joy in simple, meaningful moments - especially spending time with her nieces and nephews, where laughter and connection come naturally.
She has been walking with the Lord for over 20 years and is a member at Eastern Hills Church of Christ. Her faith is grounded in John 9:25, a reminder of the power of a testimony and what the Lord has done in her life.
Creative at heart, Helen enjoys writing, music, reading, and engaging through social media. Hospitality comes naturally to her, and she has a deep desire to help people feel cared for and known. One of her biggest dreams is to write a book that shares her heart and story in a way that encourages others.
Helen was born on Christmas Day and likes to joke that she’s God favorite because of that.
Laurie Champion
Laurie is a warm, grounded woman whose life has been built on faith, family, and resilience. She is married to Andrew, and together they share a large, beautiful legacy of 6 children, 25 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren - each one a part of the story she cherishes deeply. Their home is also shared with their two Aussies, Duke and Ozzy, who keep life lively.
She has been apart of Liberty Baptist since 2021 and is anchored in Proverbs 31:25, a reminder of strength, dignity, and a future rooted in hope. Even when life details feel simple or unspoken, her faith and family remain the center of her world.
Laurie works as a medical coder and is also a part-time student, continually learning and growing. She finds joy in listening to Bon Jovi, time with her family, and the everyday rhythm of life. Though she keeps some things close to the heart, her life speaks clearly through her love for her people and her steady presence across generations.
Leigh Ayn Silvey
Leigh Ayn is a thoughtful, big-hearted woman who carries both strength and tenderness in the way she loves people and animals. She’s married to Chip, and together they share a life marked by faith, history, and a quiet kind of resilience. Her home is filled with personality thanks to their dog, Abby and two cats, Ollie and Sophie, who rule the house with fluffy authority.
She has walked with the Lord since childhood and anchors her life in Romans 8:28, trusting God to weave every season into something good. Her faith and heart are deeply connected to Liberty Baptist, where she feels at home and rooted in her walk with Jesus.
Leigh Ayn works as a title examiner, but her truest passions are mercy, encouragement, and rescue - whether that’s showing the love of Jesus to wounded people or taking in unwanted animals. She loves quiet moments with coffee, chocolate, and Jesus, balanced by a deep love for crafts. Honest about both her strength and her loneliness, she still chooses to love deeply and permanently - holding onto people with a grace that doesn’t easily let go.

Beth Wooley
Beth carries a gentle strength and a steady faith that has grown with her since she first gave her life to the Lord at age 7. Today, she continues to walk closely with the Lord and stay's rooted in His Word through her involvement with Liberty Baptist Church, where she joined in 2024.
She is Mom to Jaclyn, and Jared, and a proud Mimi to Chloe and Byron. Beth finds joy in staying connected with her family and living a life grounded in love and faith. Her home is also shared with her sweet Yorkie, Jojo, who adds a little extra joy to everyday life.
Beth is anchored in Psalm 23 and draws encouragement from letting God’s Word stay active in her daily life. She enjoys crocheting, serving others, and sharing her testimony with the hope of encouraging people to stay rooted in Scripture. Her heart is especially focused on pointing others toward God’s Word and the peace found in Him.
Stephanie Adams
Stephanie Adams is a devoted wife, mom, and servant-hearted encourager who finds her greatest joy in family and faith. She has been married to her husband Jonathan since 2000, and together they’ve built a lively, love-filled home with their children - Summer, Kyla, Jonathan, and grandchildren - Elijah, Afia, and Jonathan (Boogie). Their world is also shared with their dogs Moon (a blind boxer) and Ariel, a pit/boxer mix.
Stephanie gave her life to the Lord as a child and rededicated her walk in 2003, later finding deep roots in service after joining Liberty Baptist in 2023. Her life is anchored in 1 Corinthians 13:4–8, shaping how she loves, serves, and shows up for others.
She works as a paraprofessional in SPED and has a deep heart for special needs individuals of all ages. Whether she’s helping others, spending time with her family, or squeezing in a good book when she can, Stephanie lives with purpose and compassion. She often says she’s “not hardheaded,” but those who know her might smile at that - with her stubborn love and fierce devotion, she simply loves people deeply and well.
Dewetta Crow
Dewetta is a warm, down-to-earth woman with a big heart for people and a simple love for life’s meaningful moments. She is married to Shane, and together they’ve built a beautiful family that includes their kids - Ashley, James, Justin, and their grandkids - Aiden, Penelope, and Declan. Their home is also kept lively by Ellie Mae, their boxer.
She has been apart of Liberty Baptist since 2008 and centers her life on John 3:16, a reminder of God’s love that shapes how she loves others. Her faith is steady, practical, and deeply woven into her everyday life.
Dewetta enjoys food, big hugs, and time spent with her church family. She has a natural gift for encouragement that lifts the people around her and she embraces life with honesty and humor, even describing herself as “a little crazy,” and dreams of one day taking a trip to Montana.
