Stacie Bostic, Ministry Director
Stacie is a joyful mix of heart, wisdom, and just the right amount of fun - especially when a song breaks out mid-conversation. Married to her husband Todd since 1997, together they share a beautiful family - Logan, their son, and then through a chance meeting, later in life the Lord gave them a daughter, Lindsey, who is fully theirs in every way - and loving GoGo to Beckett, Kam, Cinco, and Harlow. Life is sweeter with her Yorkie, Indie Blu, by her side.
She has followed Christ since 2003 and is grounded in Romans 12:2 and Psalm 19:14, striving to live a life that reflects Him from the inside out. Through years of faith and growth, her heart has become deeply rooted in helping others see God’s faithfulness in their own lives.
A business consultant by trade, Stacie thrives in investing in people - whether through leadership, encouragement, or simply just being present and intentional. She loves time with family, concerts, books, and all things that bring connection and joy. Her mission is clear: to help others see themselves through the lens of Christ and she wants us all to remember that you will never look into the eyes of someone Jesus doesn’t love.
Marsha Cyzmer, InReach Director
Marsha married her High School sweetheart, Steve, in 1969. They moved to Texas from Illinois in 1977. She has a grown son & daughter and 1 grandson. She retired from American Airlines and moved to the country in 2004. She is a member of Liberty Baptist Church in Gun Barrel City where her and her husband, Steve, teach an Adult Sunday School Class. Marsha is a vital part of the MISSION313 Core Team.
She has been painting porcelain china for more than 30 years. Other painting hobbies are in oil, acrylic and glass. She creates beautiful jewelry pieces.

Tonya Smith, Promotional Director
Tonya is a creative, joy-filled woman who loves Jesus, loves people, and loves bringing ideas to life through design. She has been married to her high school sweetheart Daniel since 1999, and together they’ve built a lively home with their sons Hunter and KJ, along with their dogs Cyber, Rocky, and Rufus, and cats Tipsy and Nermal.
She has been a part of Liberty Baptist since 2002, where she rededicated her life to Christ and began a deeper, more intentional walk with Him. Her faith is anchored in Hebrews 11:1, a steady reminder to trust God fully and live with hope in what He is still bringing to life.
Tonya loves being outdoors in God’s creation, especially camping with her family, and she has a natural gift for creativity and design. Her heart is simple but powerful - she wants people to know they are loved. Full of humor, honesty, and a love for her “beautifully weird” family, she also carries a powerful testimony as a lymphoma survivor, and she dreams of one day visiting the Holy Land.
Sheryl Stephens, Outreach Director
Sheryl is a strong, honest, and deeply relational woman who loves people fiercely and lives with her whole heart on display. She has been married to her husband Donnie since 2018, and together they share a big, blended, joy-filled family - Kizik, Quentin, Kylee, Railey, and Kacey, along with their spouses and a growing crew of grandchildren that includes Scarlett, JT, Everly, Judah, Eden. Their dog Rosie is part of the mix too.
She came to Christ at a young age but truly began growing in discipleship and service in 2005. She has been connected to Liberty Baptist since then, and her life is anchored in Philippians 4:13 - a constant reminder that her strength comes only through Jesus when doubt, fear, or insecurity tries to take over.
Sheryl is a business owner of In & Out No Doubt Moving LLC and brings that same drive into how she loves and serves others. Known for her “gift of gab,” she enjoys making people laugh, spending time with family and friends, and simply doing life together. She is open about her struggles with fear and insecurity, yet boldly pursues growth, even surprising herself - like going skydiving despite a fear of heights. Her heart is to serve Jesus, travel, and one day open a treatment center to help others find freedom and healing.
