STRIVE is a powerful men’s ministry committed to building up strong, faith-filled leaders through real conversations, real accountability, and real growth in Christ. Meeting every third Saturday, it creates space for men to discover what God’s Word says about who they are and how they’re called to lead, love, and live. Mission313 is honored to partner with STRIVE as we come alongside one another to strengthen families, build community, and raise up men who walk boldly in their God-given purpose

SHANE CROW
Shane is a steady, outdoors-loving man who finds joy in faith, family, and the simple beauty of God’s creation. He has been married to his wife Dewetta since 1992, and together they’ve built a strong family that includes their kids - Ashley, James, Justin and their grandkids - Aiden, Penelope, and Declan. Their boxer, Ellie Mae, keeps life fun and full of energy.
He has been part of Liberty Baptist since 2006 and lives by Philippians 4:13 and Matthew 6:33, striving to put God first in everything he does. His faith is practical, steady, and reflected in how he leads and loves his family.
Shane works as an electrician and enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors with the people he loves. Known as FD [Fuddy Dud] he likes to call himself “fun daddy” as he brings both laughter and strength to those around him. An open book at heart, he values authenticity and connection - and looks forward to one day taking his wife on a trip to Montana.
RONALD JOHNSON
Ronald Johnson is a hands-on, fix-it kind of man who enjoys building, creating, and making things work again. Married to his wife Cristy since 2016, together they share a lively home with their son, Blake and dogs, Boomie the Yorkiepoo and Hazel the lab mix.
He has been walking with the Lord since 2003 and has been a part of Liberty Baptist since 2023. Grounded in Numbers 6:24–26, Ronald lives with a desire to be a blessing to others and reflect God’s peace and favor in everyday life.
Ronald enjoys woodworking, teaching, and finding ways to help others grow and succeed. When he’s not building or serving, you might find him spending time with friends or even watching a good (and yes, sometimes sappy) movie. He carries both an adventurous spirit and an eternal perspective, hoping one day to try something bold like BASE jumping - and he wants to be alive to witness the return of Christ.
TODD BOSTIC
Todd Bostic is a steady, family-driven man who values faith, consistency, and showing up well for the people who matter most. Married to his wife Stacie since 1997, he’s a proud dad to Logan, Randy, and Lindsey, and Pops to Beckett, Kam, Cinco, and Harlow - roles he takes seriously and enjoys fully.
He has been walking with the Lord since 2003 and is rooted in Matthew 28:19–20, carrying a heart for living out the Great Commission in everyday life. At Liberty Baptist, Todd continues to grow in his faith and commitment to serving others.
Working as an insurance agent, Todd brings a thoughtful and practical mindset to everything he does—he’s always had a love for learning, especially math. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him watching football or spending time with his family. His goal is simple and meaningful: to be the best husband, father, and example he can be, wherever God has him.
