Meet Cheyenne

Hey everyone. I'm Cheyenne Collard - daughter, follower, believer of God. Growing up, I was discipled by the members of Old Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Canton, TX, and the GMA (Girls Missionary Auxilary) organization. I've spent the last 3 years studying Child Development at East Texas Baptist University with the goal of entering the education ministry as a teacher. My summers have been spent at my favorite place on earth, Daniels Springs Church Camp. There I have had the privilege of sharing God's word with hundreds of campers. Throughout childhood, high school, and college, I have grown my faith and have been pushed outside my comfort zone. At times, I felt like I was stretched to my max, only to realize that I am not the one who gives me strength, but GOD! As a young lady growing up in this world, I have been faced with many challenges. I have struggled with self-worth, modesty, identity, and many other things. The world and satan spread lies and glamorize sin. Satan would tell me that I was not good enough, along with other lies. The world glamorized sin, masking it so that I would fall into its trap. Thank God I have discovered that it does not matter what the world says. I do not live by the world's standards. I live by God's standards. I am who God says I am and to Him, I am beyond good enough. I'm perfectly and wonderfully made by Him.
